The Fisher-Price products are carefully designed, manufactured, tested and inspected.
Mattel the manufacturer undertake to repair or replace any part found
to be defective in material or workmanship within a 12 month period free
of charge. Call the helpline 016 28 500 000 for instructions.
Do not
return the goods to us without authorisation.
We strongly recommend that you keep the packaging , should you need to return
the product for repair, the packaging will ensure the product arrives in
a safe condition.
Unless goods are faulty returns are made at your expense.
After you have received the goods, you have a 7 day "cooling
off " period, to change your mind, and return the goods at the purchasers
expense for a full refund.
All products and services are subject to availability and may
be withdrawn without notice.
Deliveries will normally be made within 5 working days. You will be advised,
of any delay or if the item is no longer available.
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card, postal cheque
or by telephone to 01254 588732. Payment will be debited to your account
on or before the dispatch of your purchase. We will take all reasonable
care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details
of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on
our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third
party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing
or ordering from FisherPriceShop..
If your product is lost or damaged in shipping please contact us by e-mail.
In the case of non-delivery please wait for 10 days from the date of your
order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damage please retain
the product and contact us by e-mail or phone 01254 588732 within 10 days
of receipt.
Order Cancellation. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to
cancel an order unless stock is unavailable.
Delivery. Delivery times are normally between 3-7 working days but obviously
subject to stock availability. As Christmas approaches, delivery times
can take longer.
We make every effort to get goods to you as rapidly as
possible.

No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Protx are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Protx servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.
Encryption and Data Storage
Once on our systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.
Links to banks
Protx has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.
Employee access
No individuals within Protx are able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Our systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). Your transaction information and customer card information is secure even form our own employees because our systems never display the full card numbers, even on administration screens.
